Drawing inspiration from Ashtanga primary series that emphasizes vinyasa: the synchronization of the breath with movement to produce inner heat, known as tapas, to purifiy the blood, detoxify the muscles and internal organs, and improve circulation. It will indirectly strengthen your body while promoting increased mobility & flexibility.
The combination of poses (asana), gazing points (dristi) and controlled breathing (pranayama) are combined to create the trifecta (Tristhana) effect that allows you to be fully present in the moment - which is what life is all about and what Eastern thought teaches us. The practitioner learns what it takes to quiet the mind and develops stillness—the countering or opposite effect of living life in the fast lane, thereby allowing for a more conscious lifestyle.

Settle into each moment with harmonious sounds from Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls, ocean drum & chimes. This immersive experience allows you to access a meditative state within the first few minutes of practice, shifting brain waves and allowing the body to enter deep relaxation.
Through guided meditation, realignment of conscious and unconscious occurs, the body's energy centers restored, and seedings for new possibilities are able to flourish.
Sound Baths help relieve anxiety, stress, tension, fears, and blockages. It can restore confidence, clarity, creativity, personal development & restful sleep.

Mina continues to study Mixed Movement Arts as she studies Yoga, Mobility, Kung Fu, Qigong, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Calisthenics and Animal Locomotion patterns.
